I cant get the Slayer perk.....

I'm a level 26 Feralkin with 10 strength, 8 agility and 134 unarmed combat skill but am unable to select the Slayer perk!

I was under the impression that you could get the perk being level 24 with 8 agility and strength.

Is there something I'm missing?

The requirements for some of the perks have changed since the printing of the manual, the updated requirements can be found in the readme file found in the folder you installed the game. The level requirement may now be 33, but you should check the file yourself, I can't be 100% sure on that.
If it's not the level then it may be te number of points that you have in the Unarmed skill.

I think we have all found the changes in the requirements for a number of Perks frustrating. But your README folder (on your game disc) will set you right, as Ravager said. I can't remember what they are for Slayer, either, but it is much higher than the Manual says.
