Hey all, I've been playing through the game and really enjoying it, but there are a few perks that I can't seem to get... namely the second Bonus Ranged Dmg perk (I believe I'm supposed to be able to get 2 ranks in this, but after the first, the second never was available), and most crucially, the sniper perk. I hit level 24 recently, had 9 perc and 9 agility and 10 luck... I was banking on constant criticals for the rest of the game, but the sniper perk wasn't there to be chosen! Any idea where I went wrong? I did save the perk (I think I got one at level 21 or something, but didn't use it in anticipation of hitting level 24 and picking up Sniper). Thanks!

Quite a lot of the game features changed after the printing of the manual, so the best thing to do is to check the Readme file in the directory where you installed the game. Sniper does exist, I remember taking it before, I couldn't say what the exact requirements are though. It may be that you need 200 points in the Ranged skill.

Thanks a lot, I have to be level 33 to choose sniper, and there is no second ranged bonus dmg perk anymore.
