What is the Vampiric disease called?(and if its different between clans the Quarra is the one iam talking about)

Not quite, IMHO, the name was a bit more "scientifical". I couldn't recall it, though.

problem/question
I did the first two quest for Volrina and on the third one.I killed more than twelve vamps by wiping out both of the other clans head quarters and when i went back to tell her i did it theres nothing new i can say.Do i need to kill twelve of each clan or 12 of the same or is there just something wrong with my game?Another problem i have is the amulet she gave me after the second quest never appeared in my inventory.And also i can redo the second mission when i select the "raw materials" dialouge even though i have already done it.If you have any addvice please tell me thanks.
