I seem to have a problem loading the disk..it's on the first disk and it's called Music 5 file...is there anyway to load it still or is it a bad disk?

Possibly did you check it for scratches or smudges?

Are you saying it won't install, or that the game is giving you an error message pointing at this file after you finish installation? Different possible solutions.
