In Beyhond Divinity, wich time I get better reputation I sell the itens for less and buy for more! It's that normal?!

Unfortunately, that's a recognized bug in the game. I haven't checked lately to see if they produced a bug fix specifically for this, but as of a few months ago, they hadn't. Check the developers' website.
