*POSSIBLE SPOILER*



I'm having trouble with this quest. I'm talking about the quest involving the murdered guy, "Brodin", who supposedly was a vampire. He was murdered by Raylin, a vampire slayer.

According to the journal, it says I should investigate the matter further, but the guards at Brodins house wont let me examine the body, unless I'm a guard or Raylin himself. Do I have to take an officers uniform ? What do I have to do ?

PS.
I also found a corpse of a dead beggar in the guy's cellar, what is that all about?

you need to get the captain and the wife to like you (speech mini game thing) and theyll tell you more info... head over to the Inn and check out where the "vampire hunter" was staying

i dont know about the corpse but get your speechcraft up and talk to the gaurd, he will tell you that its happened before, then you know were the fencer always at, well talk to that innkeeper, but you have to get him to like you again, and he'll give you a key to the vampire slayers room and search it, you will find his diary, open it (or read it) then go back to the gaurd, and then he will have you meet back at the inn in 1hr, once that happens he will tell you to pretty much to go kill him.

Isn't this quest in BRUNA? That's where I'm working on it.

Yeah I was too lazy at the time to re-start my XBOX and actually check it .

I got that one completed. It's a very cool quest and has some nifty rewards.

Be sure to encounter the bandits between the city and the cave.
