Help with main quest "spoilers"

So now I've gotten quite far, but now I'm stuck, I'm doing the mission where you have to kill the spies near and in bruma, but i don't now where to find the last one, I've killed the one called Jaerll or something and I need to kill Saveri or Faveri(not sure about the spelling) now, but I can't seem to find him or her anywhere, and there are none who I can talk to, so can anybody plz tell me where he can be found??

if you wait till it's night she will show up at jaeril's house

When I did it both of them wear in the house, they both attacked me so I ran out of the house and had the guards kills them for me.
