Trouble with Horror tape quest

I'm having a bit of trouble..I went to the cemetary and found the crypt..but it will not open or anything for me. I have the quest to find it..went through the messenger who got caught in the end and told me to go find this chick..found her crypt and such but nothing else..can't get it
I also didn't get the Lilly quest..I never got it..even when I talked to E still no quest..please help

Easily remedied. Open the console and enter the following command:
give item_g_horrortape_1
Now, regarding the Lilly quest. After speaking to E initially, did you go to the Surfside Diner and speak with the cashier? If not, that's the step you missed. If you've already finished the Santa Monica segment of the storyline, you will not be able to go back and speak to the cashier again, as she will be gone. To overcome this, open the console and enter these command:
G.Doris_Purse=1
playerGotPurse()
The playerGotPurse() is case sensitive, so enter it exactly as you see it here.

I think that before the crypt will open, you have to research who Ginger Swan was by looking her up on the computer or asking Issac about her. Having the quest alone is not enough.
