Level advice for expansions (particularly Tribunal) (possible spoilers)

I've now got both expansions and I was wondering if anyone had any advice about what kind of level would be best to do Mournhold. I'm a level 15 customised sorceress at the moment, with destruction in the high 60s, conjuration in the 60s, unarmoured in the mid-30s, and Intelligence of 96 and Willpower in the mid 70s. I encountered an assassin at level 12 and survived by the skin of my teeth, partly because I was not expecting it at all lol. I don't want Tribunal to be too hard but at the same time I don't want it to be ridiculously easy and I'm just about to do the dwarven ruins near Balmora then I'm off to Ebonheart and Vivec so I was considering going across to Mournhold while I'm there. Any advice on how long I should wait until I do? (I was going to do Bloodmoon later on when I was further on in the main quest).

A level 15 sorceress eh?! Do you play w/o pants AHAHAAHAAHA...and laugh.
Anyway, I believe this is individual from player to player and character to character.
If you wanna maximize your fun and you don't want to - save, die, load, save, die, load, etc. I would advise you to build your character a bit stronger before heading out for Mournhold. Up your character an extra (5->)10 levels and it'll make a difference.
Alternatively, you can slide the difficulty level (in "options") to a lower niveau, that is if your integrity doesn't hold you back from moving into negative...
Good luck champ!

i'm planning to do all the cult quests in ebonheart, the temple pilgrimage and the blades quests in vivec first so that should fit in nicely as I'll probably be around level 20 by then (especially since i keep getting sidetracked and go on random exploration expeditions lol)
and in answer to your question, yes she wears pants lol. she has special speed boosting pants made especially for her (for the quick getaways).
