when i'm finished killing AHS-9 and the other guards, then the force fields will stay on, and i can't get out of the room....tottally stuck

Just use the repair skill on the forcefield emitters, it should disable them for a few minutes... Don't worry if your repair skill is low, you'll eventually disable them

you can do that, but the thing is to stop AHS-7 from turning then on. He runs to the computer room and turns it on.
