I am about to kill Dagoth Ur and I noticed my speed and intelligence skill is drained. When naked, all of my skills are at 100 except luck. Yet my speed is down to a 97 and my intelligence is down to a 93. I have no diseases or any items that drain skills sans Sunder's fatigue drain. Wtf?

Luckily I saved right before I spoke to him, and even after I killed him my skills are still drained. I do not have a red icon at the top of my screen and I've been to a Cult Shrine to restore attributes and it doesn't help.

I would first reccomend trying ALL different attribute restoring methods (you know, like potions, spells and all those shrines and alters and crap), and if that doesn't work at all, you might want to just try lots of reflect/absorb spells, or you could always just try to dodge all of his spells :laugh: Another thing, is that there can be a bunch of different glitches when you get skills drained while using skill enhancing gear, so.... you might wanna fight without any stuff like that. Other than that, I can't think of any good reasons why that should be happening.

Firstly, it's Attributes, not Skills.

Dagoth Ur damages your attributes. They can be restored like any other attribute damage using suitable restore spells.

well i've noticed that ever scince i killed Dagoth Ur my health i always 200 points lower than before i killed him

Make sure you use restore. NOT fortify. Go to the cult shrine and press Y and that always works.
