Pretty sure there is a way to do this, but haven't played for awhile and can't figure it out. Had the little thief guy with me then went into the mercanary bar and tried to hire a second henchman. But for some reason the thief jumped ship! Figured it might be the alignment or something, so I tried hiring a henchman after the second one I tried and after I hired the third one the second one jumped ship! Can't ever seem to get more than one henchman with me! Pretty sure there is a way to do this, but can't seem to remember how. Could just go in and ask them to join up again, but never more than one at a time. PLEASE can somebody point me in the right direction! Feel foolish here. Also how do you see the character screen of the henchman?
Thanks

I've never been able to hire more than one henchman, so I'm not sure what you're referring to there. I've only been through the original campaign and SOU thus far, and just got HOTU, so maybe that's an option in HOTU that I don't know about yet.

As far as seeing their character screen, you right click on them and go to the Examine option if I'm not mistaken.

you can only have one henchman in your party at a time in the original campaign and in SOU. in HOTU you can have two henchman in your party at a time. You can also use the henchman's inventory in SOU and HOTU but not in the original

guess I was imagining things, but thanks for the info on how to get to the character screens. Again haven't played the game in quite awhile.
