question about rogue stats

hello, i have a lvl 15 rogue.

i recently noticed that my combat speed is capped, and i cant increase it anymore.
my agility is 85 now, with a speed of 262. all my speed increasing trinkets are now useless and do nothing.
is that it? is that the highest i can get my combat speed? or is it because i am lvl 15? will my speed be able to be increased at a higher lvl? and what lvl is that?
if a speed of 262 is the highest i can ever get, is there any other reason for me to add points to my agility? or should i just leave it at 85, will more points help to increase something else?

another question i have is about strength, i increased mine to 40 since i want to be a ninja lord. i notice that i now have for damage, +43.
what does +43 mean? i know i dont do +43 points of damage, my weapon still does base damage sometimes. i never do over 43 points of damage. not even close.
so is +43 a percent? like i do 43% more damage?
or is the +43 damage for fighter types only, not rogues?

i also wanted to ask about honor. as the game goes on, you get good honor increases, im at 42 now. is there any point to add points myself, or will it go up enough as i play the game? and what benefit would i get say i had an honor of 100?

ok thxs for any help :)

For damage, I think that's a % bonus, so you'd be doing 43% extra damage.

If you're playing the CE, then you'll gain honor for completing most quests, and so you won't need to add any yourself.

but what about the speed cap, does anyone know if i will be able to increase my combat speed above 262?
im a thrall rogue, lvl 15.
should i bother to increase my agility past 85? will it help anything else?

or is that it, there is no point to increase my agility, ive reached the maximum speed for my class and race?
