okay here's the problem - i started the quest called "Caught in the hunt" you get while visiting Bravil. You are supposed to find a guy that was lost due to gambling. The only person (?) to know where the target might be is an orc. And he will tell me the truth only if i get him the family axe...
this makes me go on that "deserted" and destryed island. after i arrive there i get a message that i am supposed to search through out the deserted inn. the problem is the gate (steel coroded gate) is closed and there seems no way to open it. using the spell to see other creatures i managed to localize something inside the ruins' courtyard... yet i have no way to reach him.
i've swum around the place and haven't found any underwater entrance... looked through the rocks and even used telekinesis on everything that wasn't sand or water...

anybody can help me out with this quest??

Check to the right of the gate, on the ground. The lever is kind of hidden. I went around the fort a couple of times before I found it.

so can you tell me how to get inside/open those damn rusty doors?
