Hi. I'm down on my luck. Twice have I at the beginning of the game walked through the capital city to see a topic about couriers popping up. Twice now, and fate would have it that both times the people who were talking about it were out of sight, so I couldn't find them and talk to activate the quest. I think it was somewhere in the shopping district.

Anyway, I've been running around trying to find whoever talked about it. No luck though since it's a big place. Does anyone here know how to trigger the quest, who I need to talk to, where to find him/her/them?

Bah, you're not the only one. I've given up. I've talked to everyone I could think off and random people and nothing. I think perhaps it was left out, the quest I mean.

Well, I just took a shot at the editor. I couldn't find anything about it, then again it was hard coming up with the right keywords. Perhaps I missed it, perhaps I didn't. Maybe you are right, maybe this quest has been 'partially' removed or something. Unless someone can prove it can be done, I think I'll move on. =\

Yeah, I did the same thing and just came to the conclusion that the devs never finished (or began?) the quest. I assume it was going to be something for the Black Horse Courier.

Yes, I started with that reasoning as well, but it produced nothing. So I expanded talking to everyone I could think of. And by that time, several of my friends were in the same boat so ... maybe we'll get a mod with it.

is this like a normal quest that is in all the elder scrolls games?....or just something u guys stumbled across?
