ok so before you go to the balcony to watch the fight the game looks at ur luck and that's what helps ur team win the fight. But, there's a dark elf that has an amulet that will help u with that. if u know where she lives, how strong she is, if u can pickpocket her amulet, or if she's married and will have another person sleeping with her please tell me.

iirc she lives in the talos district... iirc she's one of the 4 central houses infront of u when u zone in. The name on the place when u look @ the door is her last name.
I dont recall you being able to pickpocket her, but I start out most games by killing her to start the assassin's quest, and then wearing her ammy till much later when I pick up somethin better.
Oh, and betting's not really worth the time... the ammy is tho.
