I have found a jade amulet in a mine and obtained it from a orc chieftain. It's a quest item but I could not find who would give this quest. do anyone know how could I end this quest?

I' want to ask again about this quest, anyone who knowes about it?

The amulet has a sign to kayleena (like a wedding ring)

This sounds like it might be one of the Settlement quests given by Corrick Northwode in Harm's Folly. He gives you a quest to retrieve his wife's amulet from a pack of Goblins located in Exhausted Mine.
