Lag problems and game crashing solutions

If anyone encounters problems like the game constantly crashing or lag and warping problems, I have the solution here, though I don't know if it'll work for everyone.
As for the game constantly crashing, it is sometimes due to the incompatible sound settings. May sound weird but it does happen to quite a number of people including me. Hop over to the official KOTOR website forums for more information. This is how to solve the problem:
- Go to the sound options at the menu
-at the bottom, look for the advanced settings tab
-select the force software option and deselect the Enable EAX option
I tried this and it works. Thanks to the KOTOR forums for this.
As for the warping and lagging problem in Dantooine, here's the solution (though its temporary):
-Switch between characters
-Go in and out of the menu screen
-adjust the video settings (didn't work for me though)
If you want to query about other lag problems, don't bother because the Odyssey game engine is pretty unstable on both the XBOX and the PC though not until the point where affects game playing experience.
Hope anyone finds this useful.
