getting accepted into the Skaal clan(problem spoiler)

Hy, because both my 2 imperial guards have been killed, I had to
cheat to get the "skull of a skaal warrior".
However it has not triggerd "Tharsten hartfang" to accept me into the clan.
What can I do to accept me into the clan. I already have the skull in
my inventory. Also who is "Faern Sargtlin" and where is he/she. Can he
also trigger to get me into the skaal clan ????
Any cheat code would be welcome.
