For the recommendation quest in chorrol I think there is a glitch. After giving the book to Earana and going to get the fingers of the mountain spell and then talking to Teekeus who told me to get the book back immediately something weird happened. I went to the Grey mare where the quest told me to go but i couldn't find Earana. It showed a green marker in the gray mare but i couldn't find her. I lock picked the two doors at the top of the building but she wasn't there. I looked everywhere. I don't know if this happened to any of you guys but I'm just telling you guys what happened. I saved it right before i gave the book to Earana so I'm just going to do it the other way quick way. Has this happened to any of you though?

at noon she is usually standing outside by the mages guild, you can try to pickpocket it there if you want. If you can you should just reload and give it to the mages guild first, then talk to her, steal it back, then complete the quest, it's only in a chest then and way easyer to steal.

no i swear when ur in her room she has the book in her chest?

Yea I found it in the chest in her room, the last one on the left
