what is with the bugs when you turn evil is that neccessary or can we get rid of them?

Don't think so
You can't just get rid of the bugs. When you are evil some things of you change, bugs are one of them. The only way to lose these effects is to become less evil. No solution here

Yeah, it's just something you have to get used to. Like either people cheering or screaming when they see you.
