What are the prerequisites to start this quest?

I have completed all the other 14 Shrines, but apparently I havn't yet 'followed the path' yada yada.

The only thing I didn't do, was give Umbra to Clavicus Vile.... but I presume this was an optional quest path - it was certains promoted as such at the time.

So, any ideas?

nvm, worked it out - I need to do more of the Main Quest.

there is also a level 20 requirement.
