When I go to the teacher to donate books,(I have many of them) but I'm stuck on a spell book, which he doesn't take.

The teacher does not accept the Spell book. Period. Try looking for other books aside from the ones you have. The gamebanshee or gamefaqs walkthrough provides in-depth details as to the location of the books.

might help
if you donate books giving negative messages to the kids youll recieve the dark wizard hat, if you do otherwise youll recieve the bright hat-i think buying and stealing also affects this matter. i got dark hat on one file and im trying to get the bright one on my new file either way both hats r awsome and you can only get one so choose wisely

I've noticed, some books seem to be.. Missing.. for example..
Arban's Thaumaturgica is supposed to be in Maze's study, however I can't find it, and "Sister's Diary" is listed as being in "your" house in Oakvale.. but its not there...
Also.. Can anyone list the "books" will the Teacher not take?
- Book of Spells
- The Bloodline
- The Hierarchy of Weapons
Any other ones?

dont you think it will be to dangerous to let kids learn spells at that age?

So.. Unless you get it at he beginning you can't get it at all?
Probably dosent matter.. I bet the teacher's not intrested in it anyhow hehehe...

Also, the Thaumaturgica(sp?) is a quest book that you give away right after getting it, you can't even read it anyway
