I thought it would be interesting to see what everyones main character is, what equipment they are using, and the stats (like strength, dexterity, etc.). Also how good it is working out. I have a necro mage and his stats are everything 18 (strength, dexterity, etc.) except for charisma which is 17. I don't know my equipment off hand, i'll check and post a reply.

works out to AC -6 or -7 before spells, which is kinda nice.. probably could get something more powerful, but that's just what I've happened to pick up so far

Well, since I'm just starting a new game for my long awaited full run through Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal I don't have any good equipment yet. However here are my base stats. I was surprised at how good a roll I got for him, but then realised that Rangers in general get great initial rolls due to the high minimum requirements for every stat. The lowest you can roll in any category is an 8.

If I cheated i would have 19 constitution, I used the elves penalty to constitution you see.
And I wanted that higher dextirity otherwise 19,19,19,19 looks stupid.

And i didn't recieve any further bonusses like +1 to thac0 while using longswords and bows, neither the resistances.

And elves can be bards, but only the kit ministrel (doesn't exist in BG).
Dwarves, gnomes and halflings (chanters and inventors)can also be bards but those kits that aren't implemented in Bg.

It is cheating, but not in the sense of the word cause I also used the penalties.

Quite the bada$$ chickadee that I've used through all the games. Between her prayers, druid spells, and her melee ability, she can handle quite a bit. Dishes out loads of damage, and is murder on trolls with Flail of Ages... just can't wait to get the other heads for that thing!
