I've looked everywhere, and I can't find it. It's not marked on the map and I've gone to every camp on the map (even the unmarked ones) I just want to find it for the Master Trainer there.

Also, does anyone know who sells potions/spells that drain attributes? such as Speed, Strength, Willpower, etc?

Also, I've looked at the waklthroughs and other various sources and I can't find anyplace that says where I can find a whole set of Ebony Armor, I have 2 Pauldrons and the Sarano Ebony Helmet, and that's about it. I like collecting Glass, Deadric, and Ebony things so I appreciate any future help on this.

You can get a full set of Ebony armor by killing Gordol at Ashalmawia, which is just east of Ald Velothi. Note that this is a Redoran quest, so you might want to wait, if you're playing Redoran. I don't think there would be a problem if you did it early though. You will need to levitate if you go in there.

Kaushtababi is just south of Molag Mar, but it shows up well enough on the map timian pointed to.

Don't know about the potions.
