Question will any1 help im still on now

I cant get high enough on my combat multiplyer so i can get cutless bluetane but i kill everthing before i get that high so the directions said r hard any ideas. 
[/QUOTE]My advice... Get physical shield and slow time. Then go into the nearby kobb cave and go to the room at the end where it has like 8 more enemies. Kill them, go through the door, kill everything on the way, go back outside, kill everything there and talk to the door. Physical shiled will stop you from losing you CM when you get hit.
