Editing xyz coordinates sometimes fails; here's why!

If you try to hex your coordinates, or use the editor to get right where Warglaw and the totem tree is, it will give an error while practically any other location works ok. The reason is at Warglaw's location, there's several npc's and structures. Any other location there's nothing to disrupt the transfer.
So rather than trying to appear right near Warglaw, a spot to the south-west of him works good;
