Quarra glitch?

I joined the Quarra vampire clan and completed the first quest which was to kill that lord Irak guy or whatevere his name was. Now heres the problem, when i started talking to the quest giver about the second quest the options never came up. I clicked on the "use to me" topic and she mentioned somethign about raw materials but there was no raw materials topic. Also another problem is that as soon as I clicked on the "use to me" topic it went away. This is for the xbox version btw. Can anyone help me out?
