I second that... What's an "nt"? 
But, seriously, Disease usually goes away if you just wait a while. If that doesn't do the trick, try the level 3 priest spell Cure Disease (duh).

There is also a healing potion that cures disease/poison etc and gives 9 or 10 life points.. It is in a purple bottle

The same way as you get rid of desease. Either wait some time or drink something that raises intelligence.

Disease and stat drain go away on their own if you wait long enough. However, priests can also cure disease, I believe it's a level 3 or 4 cleric spell.

Level 3 cleric spell. But sleeping will cure any kind of disease anyway, so it's not worth memorizing.
