ok, problem again.
after the asylum saemon asks you to get the horn.. so i did.
after that i was supposed to meet him in the docks. all good but he doesnt show up in the stupid docks.
found him in the tavern still (the drunk) and talk with him.. he accepts the horn and then the dialog with the pirate cpt starts. problem is that the pirate captain is not there (in the tavern) even though he is NOT in there. after that saemon wont say anything nor is there any pirate cpt to be seen nor can i use the boat to get off the island.
i dont have a recent save game before the problem came so i cant reload.. well i could but i rather not do the whole spellhold again.
also had a problem earlier fighting with the spirit of bhaal in the dream (soloing). he wouldnt follow me inside the place where imoen was. i tried and tried but he didnt come inside.. managed to actually kill him though but that didnt lead to anything either.. darn then just imported another character to the game just to keep me company and then the whole thing went like a dream (haa).
but anyways.. problem is saemon! i want saemon (instead of the portal) cause i want the cloak! and the piece of that sword too...
is it again some global variable prob?

oh i had that problem, i fixed it by summoning him by the boat then talk to him and that fixed the problem i don't rember the name to summon him but i think its psaem or something

summon him? hmm.. then i guess i really need the code for that then.. console code (or whatever).. or what?
why does that s*it happen with saemon then? whoaa

I had the exact problem today. And the worst part is that my last good save was from the asylum before fighting Irenicus. I got fed up and ended up going straight to the Underdark through the portal. I was a little upset because of all the missed XP and loot in shark city, grrrr....
