I have been told by legitimate sources that Hill is too busy to be here, which is too bad because Lost ended tonight and I need to talk to someone about it!!!!!!!!!!!

I summon someone to do my assignments. 5 due in 5 days, and a debating speech, and I've done hardly anything.

He told me he's a modern day bounty hunter in Texas. Apparently, he made quite a bit of money being good at it too. He collects information at police stations and then tracks down and captures people trying to skip town when on bail and such. The US does that so the cost of keeping full time police officers enough to handle it stays down. It's cheaper to hand out one lump sum per criminal caught than to keep a force on the pay roll all year round.

Sometimes Bail Bondsmen will hire bounty hunters here in the states to track down people who havent payed them, also.
