I'm at the "I Spy Barabus" quest, (3rd Nosfer quest, did the other 2) and after talking to Ming Xiao went over to the 2nd floor of his Red Dragon Restaurant looking for Wong Ho. But he isn't there. Neither did I see the (in the walkthrough mentioned) kidnapping scene, leaving the temple...
Did I miss a trigger??? Can I set this right... Other than the ever present "the Epic of the Ankharan Sarcophagus" quest, I've got nothing in the quest log anymore... So now what???

When you were upstairs in the Red Dragon, did you look in all the rooms? He is standing behind a wall right in front of the elevator, and you can only see the door if you are close enough to get the icon to pop up.

Do you have an earlier save from before you went to talk to Ming? Maybe for some reason the cutscene just failed to trigger.

Also, as shana said, Wong can be quite tricky to find if you don't know where to look. If you go to his room it will look like he is not there but he is actually behind the screens. Just walk up to each screen and you'll eventually find the one that opens.
