What would you want if you could have any one thing?

I suddenly became curious as to what others would want if they were given one chance to have something they wanted, anything. Eh, like a wish. Money? Power? Fame? Anything at all, but just 1 thing.

Myself, I cannot decided on what I'd want, as, well...so much has gone wrong in my life it is simply extremely hard to decide on what I would want as my 1 thing. I think I'd have to go with wanting Cassie back off the top of my head though.

Do you mean for myself, or can I wish wish something like peace or no more injustice in the universe forever?

Hmm, I did say anything. However, I think I'd be more interested in seeing what people would do for themselves. *shrugs* Either way is fine however.

@ Syb, That...is such a stoner thing to say.

Wow... Siberys, that's just... odd.

I'm watching a program on the History Channel about the history of banning drugs, especially marijuana. So, at the moment, I think we know what I want.

Peace on earth is such a cop out. :p No, seriously though. Conflict is what drives the world, both in nature and humanity. Conflict, fighting, competition, war... on the surface, such things have dire consequences, but good things invariably come from these, as well. Without conflict, we wouldn't be where we are today.

Anyway, I'm not sure what I want; what I want changes depending on my mood, the time of day, etc. I'll just go with what I said in paragraph two. :D

If I could have one thing in the world right now it'd be the end of intolerance.
Barring that, I'd definitely go with some Faygo Redpop, a bag of dorritos and a free pair of pants to wipe my hands on. Dorritos are messy.

Something a little more useful than a paper clip, maybe a Midget Ninja.

A minja?

I would want trillions of dollars. That way I could buy anything else I might want. And for reference's sake, I don't buy into emotional crap, so monetary items are all I need.

Nuts to you, you emo hippy putzes.

And here is such a fine place to be, non? ;)

If I would wish for one thing, that single thing which would enlighten my very existence, it would to be honestly, truthfully, entirely, and deeply be loved by the women I love with my own heart and soul.

That, or a lot of power to change that which I want to change without having to work my butt off for it.

Hmmm, what an interesting question ... and the answer is probably money. I have found in life that I would gladly do quite a few things to change not only my life but other people's as well and I have always been stopped by the stupid money. No, we can't do research into new techs because we don't have the money. No, we can't help this and this person because we don't have the money. No, you can't get an even better education cause you don't have the money. No, you can't get the best possible medical treatmant because you don't have the money. Give me the money.

Am not sure how I'd act if I had it but I'm so sick to death of limitations put on 'regular' people due to the lack of it. A certain person can buy his wife a chocolate fountain for gazzilions of Euros yet I can't help a certain sick kid in the neighbourhood. Meh.

I agree with Siberys for that D&D site, but personally I think the best thing to get would be extremely happy always.

I think being extremely happy all the time would annoy me after a while lol so I'd go for reasonably happy for the rest of my life instead :)

At least a ten second delay between what I think and what comes out of my mouth. That would solve about 98% of all my problems right there.

 You and me both. My problem is, I normally do think through what I say. However, I stopped caring, and when someone irritates me, wham...it comes out. Immediately. It is great for my personal amusement value, but one of these days I'm going to get sued instead of slapped or shouted at.

@ Ashen, You have a very, very good point. I have been told the problems I have with my neck and jaw which cause intense pain constantly and random dizziness could be fixed. However, I lack the funds to have them fixed. Hearing that was irritating beyond all reason.

@ Sytze, I like that one. Something close to mine I suppose anyhow.

Selective Precognition - precognition I could turn on and off.

Then I could stop myself from saying stupid things, pass all my exams easily and make a fortune on the stock market. :D
