It's hard to say for certain since my mood changes a lot, but Queensryche, Metallica, and CCR are pretty constantly playing.

Well, I don't know that these are my all time favorites, but these are all great albums and I can sing along with all the songs. But what is my favorite depends on my mood. Since I can't rank them, here they are easy to heavy:

That album is the end-all be-all of jazz albums for me... I could listen toit forever. I'll admit to not really understanding jazz music (I have no musical training of any sort) but I do know what I like and it doesn't get any better.

agree with most, just slight order changes for most..
Have to admit with tech. advances....most of what I listen to now is live stuff, either from internet or trading with friends.

Not as recent as I would have liked but have picked up a full KICKING live show (4 cd's worth) of The Robert Randolph Band that seems to have taken over my listening for the last week or so. Sad to say but good live shows don't usually appear in this area...although if the boys can still rock? The Stones are going to be in my neck of the woods...Churchill Downs...tics go on sale for much $$$ sometime this week or next, its all local radio can talk about.. as for my love, Blues, its usually something I have to really search for or its road trip time

I saw the Stones last year when they were at Comerica Park and it was quite the show, but nothing worth spending that much dough on... They can still rock but the knowledge that they've completely sold out has a dampering effect in my opinion. *shrug*

I was lucky enough to catch Mr. Randolph and Co. with the Black Crowes a few weeks ago with some friends... Fantastic show, I could watch Robert all night. I'm glad to see you've taken such a liking to him. *looks porud of self*

As for the Stones, love their older stuff, Let It Bleed, is my personal fav.
I'll just use that $ for 2 or 3 small blues bands..

Love that album - I do have a soft touch for the old metal .

Wouldn't know where to start when composing a top ten albums list. I'll have to ponder it for awhile... something by Johnny Cash, one of 50s/60s albums. Something by Bruce Springsteen and perhaps End Of The Innocence by Don Henley.

Its like the infamous two albums on a desert island question. There are albums that make me swell with nostalgia, albums I know like the back of my hand but most of the time my selection is mood based. And my opinions on quality seem to vary from day-to-day. If I were to base it on my most listened-to albums it would compromise more of artists like The Waterboys, Chris Isaak and Gerry Rafferty.

Indeed, it's a very good album. I got hold of "Killing the Dragon" today, because I wanted some of the newer Dio. Not as good as Holy Diver though.

Next I'll get a Black Sabbath LP with Dio on vocals (can't stand Ozzy).
I think it was Live Evil or something.
