ok for those that have finished it with her, when does she have the kid? with me the last thing that happened was we married, but no kid. at the end it was mentioned that kids were born, but not during gameplay. did anyone have the kid during gameplay? if so what did the team members say? if you remember how much longer after the marriage?

The kid is born 30 days after she told you she's pregnant, not really sure about the time after the marriage dialogue because dialogues run with real time.
