fort frostmoth help

fort frostmoth has been attacked. were the heck is the captian. anyone know? also, sigvarr the strong, near the altar of thrond. also, where is kalbjorn barrow, i swear ive been in it but cant for the life of me fidn it again. any help at all would be much appreciated

Regarding the captain... speak to either of the people who escorted you on the preceding quest.
