OK, well I have finish the main quest in three different saves. The one i am working on now I have just finished the DB quests. Now that they are over I remembered something, in the quest where you had to kill the skooma smoker in the imperial city you had to find the guy that was always high on skooma. When I went into the house that I was suppose to go to I could not find him. I went down stairs to find a dead body. I though that was him, but when I came back upstairs he was there and I killed him. My friend told me that I could have done a skooma quest for him, but it was to late.


My questions are:

1. who is the dead guy in the basement.

2. is there another way to do the skooma quest he wanted me to do.

The dead guy is the owner of the house.

Yeah i think that the high elf skooma fiend murdered the owner of the house to get money for more junk, and a place to cook it up whenever he wants

yeah you gotta talk to his Lady to get the quest. I forget where she is staying, however.

This quest is part of the DB questline. You have to kill him in a secluded spot with no witneses for special points for a fdew hours a day he goes to his house to take the drugs. The dead guys the owner of the house. *its a good place to store items for a small period of time* *make sure to get the key to the door from his body*
