stuck in theatre...help :D

We've been playing DL(with direct IP option),and each time one of us got stucked near the elevator in Fargrove's theatre.Nothing seems to be working...we've changed the characters,one of us(the one who made the server can always use the elevator...and the other one is stuck there)took the key from the goblin wizard...but this didn't work either
(.What can we do??Pls help us

Like so many things with DL, even though it's advertised as lan or multiplay, it's really just a single play game. If there's the least thing wrong with your setup/server, the game is very unforgiving. But since you obviously only play online, you'll never experience the almost completeness of single play.

...Thanks for answering...but...there is nothing wrong with the setup/server(we checked).After 3month of playing the"single player" version..we thought that it might be fun to try multiplayer too...but every time is the same problem...one of us gets stucked near the elevator.It is becoming very irritating the whole thing
.Now...could someone tell us what we can do,instead of recomending single play?thanks again
