um...opps? (setting)

I have a very crappy video card that will barely run WOW, and just for fun i set the video setting up all the way, but then it went really slow and disconnected me from the server, and now when i log in and "enter world," it will load the game (slower than usual), then after it loads completely, it will disconnect me from the server, not letting me play....is there a way to change my setting out of game, or any other solution?!?!?!thanks

I don't own WoW, but often game settings are stored in some config file (e.g. etconfig.cfg in Enemy Territory). I would start looking around for one. If you find one, back it up, open it with Notepad and try if you get find that setting.
