Ok, you turn up at this dam and you need to open some sluice gates. Now the first one is all fine and dandy but the second one you have to use the directional buttons to spin this wheel to make it work. However, having tried every single button on my keyboard not one makes the wheel budge an inch

Anyone know what i should do?
