illithium & mace of disruption ?

how exactly do you get the mace of disruption 2? i already gave the illithium ore to Sarles for the temple, but i have the cheap alloy. is there another source of illithium that i have to find? or did i lose my chance to upgrade the mace when i gave away the ore? Cromwell won't even mention the mace when he looks for items in my bag.

No, dont get the real stuff to Sarles,since there is a chunk of illithium ore in the game.

you could just use the console to summon yourself another chunk
