Forgotten Quests

Does anyone know what quests have been cut of the story or the game? I mean espacially the Twisted Rune and the empty potion bottles?

You know the quests that were in the game but were taken out before it was launched. (For being to difficult or something)

Ah. I don't personally know. (though the twisted rune is in the game)

Drizzt Archememy was to be on the game,a haer´dalis one and the twisted rune was to be a high level quest but became a ester egg.
