Augments...

So! It turns out that the elemental augments are monster specific. Meaning that certain elemental augments won't work at all against the wrong type of monster.

No, I know that Silver is good against only White Balverines (seriously... The black ones aren't at all effected), an' undead. I'm also under the possibly mistaken impression that the earth-based Earth/Rock Trolls are weak against the air-based Lightning Augmentation on any weapon (especially ranged weapons). I still have yet to find a use for the fire augmentation, and it seems to be the most common so far...

I already know that combining the Sharpening an' Piercing Augmentations are dynamite on the same weapon, so don't bother... what I need is a good list or something.

You can use fire augmentation against Hobbes. They're pretty weak against fire. ;)

Fire damages Hobbes and Undead I believe. But if you ask me, don't use Fire or Lightning. Use Sharpning, Piercing, Health, Mana, and Experience.

About that fire augmentation, its only useful against Hobbes. Not the Undead. As what most people have stated, Undead are weak against the silver augmentation.

And I agree with you, Berethor, that Sharpening, Piercing, Health, Mana and Experience are good augmentations for weapons.
