I didn't have any problems while installing the game, but after playing a while it turns out like this:

I've tried almost everything but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

(I have Pentium IV 1,70 GHz, 512 RAM and GeForce 6600 GT 128 MB.)

Hey Marhalt,

Welcome to the forums and I hope you enjoy your time here. About that texture problem, it could be your graphics card driver. Have you tried updating your drivers? If not, head over to Nvidia's website to search for the latest drivers.

Well, if the problem still persist, I probably suspect it could be your graphics card itself. Have you tried the game with different graphics cards? That's because I encountered a similar problem like yours before when playing different games and it turned out to be my graphics card. Had to change it to a Geforce 6200 (PCI-E) and voila! Problem solved.

Rowin, can you type down your problem in one post? It will look like you're spamming the thread if you post like that.

And about that problem, I can't be fairly sure unless you give me the details of your computer specs. The best I can offer is to check your video settings in the game or upgrade your video card drivers at this point. :)

Rowin, a little tip: use the edit button rather than making multiple posts just to correct something (it saves time and effort and the mods appreciate it :) ).

Does it matter what colour the water is? On mine the water is yellow. I have no idea if its supposed to be and to be honest it doesn't affect the game in any way or form so its not really a problem.

Edit: Lol DesR85, you beat me to it :)

Well, on my computer, the water managed to reflect the surroundings pretty well.

Didn't know you posted at the same time as me. By the way, call me Des. Its shorter. :)

I kinda suspect its yellow on mine cos my video card doesn't meet the minimum specs for the game lol, but it plays fine with texture on high, mesh on low and everything extra switched off.

Well, I can show some of the pictures I've taken with water nearby (by tapping the print screen button and you can find them in the 'My Games' folder under 'My Documents'). There are three of them. That's what they look like from my computer. Oh, if you're wondering what the numbers at the top left corner is, those are frame rate numbers as I was running FRAPS at the time. :)

I think it could probably be the effects settings. That's why the water has those type of effects. By the way, mr_sir, you said that the water on your part appears yellow right? Is it at all parts of the game or some of it?

All of it. Every single last bit of water is yellow with no detail other than ripples etc. I'm pretty sure its cos my vid card can't handle the graphics that are supposed to be there, as it does not meet the specs but (like a lot of games) plays the game fine as long as you don't mind little stuff like that. It doesn't bother me at all as I think it looks pretty good exploring a world where the water is bright yellow (it kind of makes it feel like its a different planet/dimension lol). All the other colours are how they should be (but with the detail set quite low to make up for my card).

Well actually... I don't have that problem anymore. It seems that I needed an older driver (sounds funny, but it's true :p ). But NOW the game freezes after I play for a while and I can't do anything (alt + tab, alt + f4), so I have to shut down mi comp. I've read the other post about crashes but this is different.

I've had the same problem with Fable (the original) on my Xbox, maybe it's just a game error? I would walk into different areas and there'd be nothing to show, but everyone was still there. Oh well, I just ignore it, it's honestly not harmful as far as I can see.
