:speech: I have been reinstalling my copy of Baldur's Gate and have backuped my save files and yet it does not show it (and i have copied it into the save folder) . Also, when i go to the Character Creation menu, it crashes:speech:. (This happened after I reinstalled the game too) What's the problem? Again, please reply ASAP please. Thanks to those people who replied really quick in my previous post!

Did you copy the save folder back into the save folder in the Baldur's Gate folder? If you did then thats the problem. You need to copy the backup save folder into the Baldur's Gate folder not the save folder (as it will be replacing this folder).

Not sure about the crashing as never come across that before. Maybe someone else can help with that though.
