Moon Bridge

Hi guys, again I have another question. I got the moon stone and have been to Arindale and fargrove on the moonbridge, but I cant work out how to teleport from one place to the other.
Can someone gime a clue.

hit SHIFT choose destination and hit corresponding runes. To teleport a place you must visit before o'course
