Hey, not sure if i'm posting this in the right place, but how do I get into Bowerstone North, because everytime I try the guard stops me and says that I need a permit or something, how do I get one of these? Thanks

I believe they won't let you in until *spoiler highlight to read*
you become champion of the arena (in the main quest). Only then the mayor, Lady Grey, will consider you worthy...
