Demon Door Headmanshill

Is there another way to get to the demon door of the Headmanshill?

Well there's none. You have to complete a certain quest to unlock the subsequent quest which will eventually bring you to that door. Spoiler, please highlight:
Its one of the parts of the Bowerstone Mayor's quest. You can unlock this after doing the Arena quest. Anyway, at one point in that quest (the Mayor's) you have to fight Thunder and after defeating him, then you'll be able to open that demon door.
I won't tell you how the fight will turn out as its up to you to find out for yourself.

that means you cant open it, as far as i know.

Ok, that's a pity. And I guess there's no way I can open the Demon Door at Grey house either?

Is it possible to first marry Lady Grey... Get to the demon door at Headmanshill, and then tell everyone about what she did?

No. Not possible. Spoilers, highlight to read:
I've read from somewhere that when you marry her, then do the 'Investigating the Mayor' quest, you won't be able to complete that quest. She'll just force you to hand over the evidence and that's the end of the quest, if I recall correctly.

That's a bad thing of Fable btw, 'cause not marrying Lady Grey means you are unable to get 2 legendary weapons...

headsman hill demon door...
it can also Be opend just fighting thunder and itll B okay
the only thing missing will B renoc the axe found at grey house
Just Do al the missions for lady grey.......
But just before u marry get the letter and dont cover up the murder headsman hill will still B availeble
