My Own Questions (Cause I'm pretty much a noob)

Okay, my first character (had Fable for total of: 3 day(s) so far), Drakkus, I've beaten the game in about 12 hours. Yet, I have some questions...
(For: Fable -TLC-)
Age:
Is there anyway I cannot age in game? Or slow it down a bit? I hate the fact that I'm some grandpa going to fight a massive dragon at the age of 50 (I'm really like 45).
Ending:
Okay, so the final battle of Jack (beaten), gives me the story after his final death, and credits etc. Well, that makes no sense. It's a quest so it comes with a renown and gold reward. Well, why is there nothing after it. Like living out the rest of the heroes life.
Maybe I'm missing something. I hope so, but personally with Fable 2 coming out, I seriously hope the extend the gameplay cause 12 hours is a little short for an RPG (excluding the side quests).

Another Question
Buying Shops:
Is there any way I can buy shops cause it gives you the option the the game...

Age: If you don't want to age, don't upgrade anything and you will stay a scronny 18 year old.
Ending: If you want to continue play, let the credits run through and you can play forever, though there is not much to do.
Buying Shops: Kill the shopkeeer and buy his shop. Easy. Though they are very expensive.

Most probably is because you've finished the game, so the developer, Lionhead, didn't think of adding some rewards after killing Jack the second time.

Oooookay! Big thingy to tackle here!
To slow down, or stop aging, do not spend General (green) experience. Spend only the Strength, Skill, or Will experience to do your upgrading for you... if age is so important.
The plot in the game had Jack of Blades returning in force to Albion. His coming throughout history, as intimated through books an' coversations, points to periods of great strife an cataclysm spreading over the face of Albion. With Jack's eventual demise or bonding to you, his power an' influence has thus been greatly weakened or outright destroyed by your actions (It prolly took JAck centuries to set up his army of Screamers an' Minions, and evne with your power, if you bonded with him, it'll take centuries to begin again.).
Without Jack stirring up trouble, there is nothing out there to agitate events or upset the vast, underground sources of evil beyond their usual. So, there aren't any real specific questing calls for Heroes... much less living legends like yourself. So you live out your heroic life in a peace as relative as your personal lust for Balvarine blood.

Bad or good, I ALWAYS kill that idiot trying to sell me a Bandit Seal... Like I have nothing better t'do than haggle price with someone whom I suspect might have been involved in the murder of my father. So, the big bad bandit, killer of unarmed merchants an' travels wants to sell me something at an overly inflated price? Know what I say to that?!
ARROW TO THE FACE!
How do you like me now?! Oh! Wait! That's right! YOU'RE DEAD AND YOUR HEAD IS THAT-A-WAY!
