I have just finished the first Hasphat Anabolis (?) quest to find the Ancient Dwemer Puzzle Box and he gave me the 'Key to Lower Arknthand". is there a use for this key or is it just a teaser

It opens the door to Lower Arknthand, but you've probably already opened this door because it only has a lock of something like 30 or 40 on it.
